Mine are dark gray. Until recently I also had a set of silvers but as time went on, I much preferred the far more aggressive look on my white 07 GT3.

997 GT2 - White wheels (factory)
987 Boxster Spyder - I painted them black (including the engine bay intake and front trim)
997.2 C4GTS - Factory black w/centerlocks and a little silver trim.

Consider a "dark hyper", or even a "medium hyper". I did a "dark hyper" on my Basalt (which originally came with silver wheels). They do a base of silver on the wheels, then add black on-top of the silver. You get a nice flip-flop of silver/black depending on the lighting.

Between Silver and Black...Silver. However, gunmetal/gray wheels on white is my go-to

Hi Everyone,
Thanks for the input. Didn't expect to get so many responses. I think I'll repaint to silver come the spring, but will update everyone with what I decide to do when my car gets out of storage and onto the road.
