Hey folks looks like a couple of us are going to take Hwy 2 to 9 mile and Newcombs tomorrow. Looks like a nice turnout since so many will be off. They are gathering at the Target parking lot at 7:45 and leaving at 8.

Good question. We took 2 to Angeles Forest and it was amazing period end of story. Then we took Upper Big Tujunga and it too was amazing until the last 1/4 mile which we had to go very slow on. We then re-joined Hwy 2 and it was a little dirty in spots.

It was PACKED. No room at the inn. Magnus Walker was there, and a guy brought a 959 up there. As you probably know Good Vibes Breakfast Club meets on Fridays. Great people. Very friendly.

Yea lucky we left before all the other cars as they like to fly and kick up the gravel. Not cool!

I know what it is, I'd been going to this for years, way before it was called breakfast club and when it was 10 or 15 cars that would come up and eat at newcombs.
Unfortunately it turned into a **** show during covid, newcombs closed/up for sale and I just prefer to avoid ACH/AFH/etc when it's busy.
Nothing good happens in crowds, especially IG / TT influencers.

Yes that is the loop i do, avoiding ach on busy days. All are amazing roads but having seen and been in too many groups where people act idiots, wreck, etc i just avoid that scene now. Too bad the breakfast club was awesome and not about the gram.

I live right by the 2 and I will even drive west on the 210 out of my way to take a different route sometimes.
