Wow, that's a hard one. I think a seat pull is in order. Did you check to see if the seat was rubbing against the center console? Doesn't sound like metal. Sounds more like leather and carbon making the noise.

Yes I think so. Checked the belt receptacle also. The seat is not leather and I am not sure if this fabric will make any noise against console? I will check again for sure. If thats the case the seat must have come quite out of place because this was no problem before last summer. I use the slider a lot since I am going back and forth everytime I get in/out of the car. Before I bought it last year the car has not been used much the last years.

Is it any plastic in the sliding mechanism for the seat? Since the sound also occur only when pushing the lever(without moving the seat)

If I should try lubricate the sliders with drylube.

What are the points to spray?

Definitely a tough one, Magnus. Since your seats are covered in perlon, I doubt they are rubbing and causing any friction noises. I would pull the seat from the car to see if it can be replicated. It's a really simple job and only requires an E12 torx socket. Just make sure to disconnect the battery before you do to prevent triggering airbag lights etc.

You may be on to something with the slider or adjustment lever being the culprit and perhaps they could use some grease.

You just may need a new slider. Maybe yours got bent or lost a bearing or two or something.
