Did Porsche make this or just put their name on it?

As we all know, Porsche doesn’t make all of their accessories and can charge a substantial markup! I am curious if someone else actually makes this setup for a more reasonable price?
$1,699 Battery Cut Off Kit 997 GT3 & GT3 RS
Also open to alternative suggestions! Thank you in advance for your time.

Looks like a Porsche PN: 997.611.027.70
Looks like it's built for a racecar, and if you have that racecar it's plug and play. Other than that, it doesn't look like anything special. You can wire up a battery cut off for a few hundred bucks. For $1700 you could go with a trick solid state cutoff.
