Default 997.1 GT3 : Cobalt Blue!! // Florida Performance Cars

Very very thrilled to be adding to my humble collection “blue chip” my very first GT 911, 997.1 GT3 in cobalt blue!! Given how amazing the purchase was, I really want to give a quick updated on Florida Performance Cars, unsolicited plug for their amazing team!!

I had the pleasure of working with them to obtain a gorgeous a top 1% collector 997.1 [ 911 ] GT3 Cobalt Blue! I worked directly with the Dealer Principal, Jeff Jerman!! There is a saying that goes like this “You know when you know” - Which is how I felt with Jeff since the first face-time call.

The quality of the cars in this business are world-class, they know how to treat the kind of enthusiasts that are interested. Jeff and his team were responsive, honest, communicative and worked with me with FULL transparency and punctuality. Absolutely no surprises!!

I found their presentations, photography, documentation, scans, YouTube videos of the cars - all representative of their standard of care to tell a story about the car that they are selling. They really understand their cars and have studied them properly!! When it came to conducting a PPI - Jeff was really welcoming and applied zero pressure. I wanted to send the car to specialty shop 48 miles away, he made me feel very comfortable and taken care of.

As a Porsche enthusiast, what impressed me the most - Jeff really still operates on a shake-hand business ethos and was very trusting of me and my follow through. I a world that lacks trust, it was heart warming to be treated by such integrity and respect. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated dealing with this team. They have won a customer for life!! I will be back for sure.

Thank you Florida Performance Cars, Jeff Jerman “JJ” and the team!!
Some photos for your enjoyment -

Special thanks to my brother, friend and Porsche knowledge mentor @nathan1 ( Nathan Merz ) for always picking up the phone and giving me selfless thoughts from his wealth of knowledge to help me make decisions like this on the fly!!

Also, special thanks to my b@JAB12 for recommending an amazing shop for PPI @Foreign Affairs Motorsports ( will write a proper review ) and driving over an hours to check the car and sending pictures! @JAB12 you the best!!!!!

In Europe it's really difficult to find a cobalt blue too. I met once in Spa some weeks ago but the car was not for sale at any price !
