Its a “friggen legend” !
Compared to the 996, Its not a “softer” GT2, its a better behaved car apples to apples with nannies off. “Widowmaker” is not deserved simply because its RWD with all that power, but eh, no need to argue against the cachet that nickname brings.
Yes! you can actually see the engine with the engine compartment open. Glad to see I'm not the only one bothered by this on current cars.
Dang I got to get to the Autobahn one of these days!

Not a great video but man, does the exhaust on that car sound good. Sound more GT3 than GT2. Want!!!

Just seems weird to take off the stock Akrapovic titanium exhaust to put on an Akrapovic titanium exhaust.
Edit: didn't mean to imply that the sound wasn't better. just that it's a shame that the really expensive stock system that COULD have been this.
