Hate the thought of drilling holes in the bumper. Does anyone have a sense of how much time it takes to remove the bumper/install or what it would cost to have installed?
It's not hard. Removal and install of the bumper should be an hour or less (each). Install of the Rennline grills is 30 mins or less. You should be able to find some good DIY writeups in the 997 forum (I recall there being a good one on adding the 3rd radiator that covers bumper removal and reinstallation).
So a couple of hours then. Not bad. Need to recruit a friend to assist in exchange for afternoon IPA's.
Front bumper is very easy. Few torx up top, some hardware on the bottom, and a two clips that slide in place to lock the bumper in place near the headlights.
