Snaveed’s BAT profile with his history. He’s also been buying up manual R8’s (has bought 4x manual R8’s on BAT) and 911 Turbo’s (3x 997 Turbo’s and 1x 993 Turbo). This has all been happened since June 2021 and he doesn’t even hesitate to put in counter bids. Seems like as long as there is someone else to bid against him, he’ll keep going forever.

If you look at the last several sales on BAT you'll notice that it's all the same buyer. Rumor is he's buying everything and sending it over to the middle east.
He bought this black RS, the white gt3 lat week, an R8 and a bunch of other stuff.
Kinda sad. I mean, it's a lot of money but there's so few of them in the us as it is.

The thing about the 997.2 is all of us could dump the car and increase inventory far beyond Snaveeds appetite.
So what is truly telling is how many owners are not willing to exchange $50-100k in gains for their GT3. To some of us it’s just another asset class, some of us can’t justify spending $200k< on a car again, some of us plain love the car more than money.
We did a good job of spreading rumors about Snaveed, someone profiled him as middle eastern because he bought a white Audi A8 and his broken English in comments. Then we all tried to justify it in our minds why anyone would want that many.
He is tracking the obvious cult following from Gen1 and Gen2 R8v10 and 997 GT3s… so his pool of cars is fixed below 10,000. I think he’s probably identified a limited niche investment class that’s a better bet than any Crypto. Production numbers being the first variable, mileage second and options 3rd.
If you look at his auctions he isn’t bidding against the same person… so while he is temporarily inflating the market here and there, he certainly isn’t doing it alone.
