I decided to go a set of P4S for my new tires which don't come in N spec for 19" tires.
If I was going Cup2 tire I think N Spec is worth the premium.

Cup 2 in N spec are out of stock locally and will take a week to get here so I was contemplating the generic cup 2. I’ve yet to see what the non N spec look like but kind of don’t want to experiment.
