^^^Welcome to what has been the world of the A/C cars and especially the RS bits.

Regarding bracket numbers, I don’t off hand. BBI makes some special brackets/kits for the Recaros. A few here have the kit. Probably your easiest way of getting them.

Thanks-
997 GT2 buckets for US cars in 2008 and 2009 had alcantara centers.

997.2 GT3/RS buckets for US cars in 2010 and 2011 had alcantara centers.

997.2 C4S launch edition and other 997.2's that were ordered with buckets came with leather inserts. Not sure if there was an option for alcantara inserts for those that didn't want leather.

987.2 Boxster Spyder and Cayman R came with alcantara inserts.

I believe ROW cars were offered with the option of Nomex (full cloth seat).

Sorry if I repeat this. Suncoast lists them as listed availability and from what I have heard whatever U.S. spec seats that are available here and in Germany is all there will be. They are not making more. I think as of a month ago that was 15 drivers and 7 passenger seats.
Yes, you can change them to whatever you'd like. They just velcro in place.

I hear more about P1 for seat center inserts. Ed more for Bolster Protectors. Full disclosure, I have experience with neither besides what I've read.

It would be nice to know the answer to that mystery.
I don't want to steer anyone wrong, but FWIW I was able to code out the airbags on my CGT seat swap. 997.1 RS.
