Hey you'all, question, with key in the ignition as in to prevent from the steering wheel lock engaging, if you shake the wheel in a small degree (1-2) left and right, do you hear a clunk? I realize that tie-rods stand out as a culprit but I have seen certain steering racks having this issue and it being normal. Probably the power steering diverter valve twisting and making a noise.

Trying to understand if it's the tie rods or simply a normal rack sound.
