I have Racedeck flooring. Been in use now for 11 years. Pretty indestructible. Only 2 problems. If your garage is south facing, install it in the summer because it will expand under direct sunlight. The other is, over time, rain and sunlight will make it peel a clear material on the tiles that are about 1-6 rows back.
Professionally applied epoxy floors have served me well so far. For any one going down that path, check out this link where you can alter %'s of individual flake colors for a customized flake blend.
Check out Rust Bullet floor coatings.. Did a lot of research on this. I chose their product with great results. Prep requires no etching. Easy application, but time consuming prep.
So, contrary to part of the crowd, I used Home Depot's Rustoleum Epoxy Garage floor at my house, twice. Once in beige from '03-'14 with zero flaking/peeling and went directly over it with gray in 2014-current.
I build and maintain cars out there, so brake fluid spills, oil, welding slag etc, the floors have held up very well, not perfect, but very durable and holding up nicely.
I suspect I had good concrete to start with, and we live in a relatively dry (hot) environment, it CA so it doesn't rain here anymore....😳
About 6 hours of prep, and a 1.5 hour rollout and good to go. About $400 all in on a three car garage. 116º here two weeks back and drove the cars and still no peeling...
Professional is the best IMO, but on a budget, when the conditions are right, the Rustoleum Garage product works well.
I also have vinyl planks in one stall, I was using it for an office, then wood shop, now back to Porsche stall, and again, on a very hot day I just drive right on it and its holding up well. Snow, rain and ice I would imagine it would get underneath and eventually mold out.....

I used an Epoxy coating - floor prep is the key. 21 years now with lots of spilled chemicals. Best stuff to use is the what used in air plane hangers - which I did.
