I just purchased couple of items but chose to pay shipping out of pocket as FedEx freight delivery service Carnewal uses for large items is not available due to COVID-related issues, from what Gert told me. He wasn't sure when the service would resume but he did say he had a few shipments waiting in queue. Although, I am not sure if OP's issue is related. FWIW, Gert has been responsive (since I reached out in June) and my credit card was charged last week when items were received in his warehouse, and a shipping notification this morning.

It's been a while, but I bought several thousand $'s worth of stuff from him, always easy to deal with. I'm sure shipping right now can be a pain under the current conditions.
