These wheels come from an RS 4.0 and look like they are GT Silver which was an option on the RS 4.0. GT Silver and the silver wheel option for a 997.2 GT3/RS are slightly different from one another as the GT Silver is slightly darker than the normal silver.

Rapid, my .2 came with the darker silver rims (like your 1st pic above),... but I was told by this forum that the color was called "Titanium", not "GT Silver". True?

You are correct about the Titanium Silver on the standard .2 GT3. But there was an option on the RS 4.0 to change the wheel color to GT Silver. There was no option for Titanium Silver wheels on the RS 4.0. GT Silver and Titanium Silver look very similar, but are slightly different in that GT Silver is a tad darker.

Guessing I would need to stand right next to both of them to actually see the difference. Pics are not going to work for that kinda comparison.
... I have a friend (owns a business) who owns a white 4.0, and I've stood next to it,... but it has the white rims & pccb's.
