997.2 GT3 what would your ultimate suspension be?

I have a 2007 RS that I have tried to modify in an intelligent manner. Along the philosophical path of 'improving the things that corporate economics compromised''. Tractive/DSC (shocks & controller) along with eliminating the rubber bushings in the suspension components (I utilized the full RSS Tramac Series). Throw in some of RSS's semi-solid engine mounts, firm up the feeble trans bushings (don't go psycho). GT2 sway bars front and rear. This is a heck of a good start - at a cost of about $14K. Fresh PS4s along with a good alignment - this might be more critical than anything. Tom Chan at TPC can steer you right, supply the parts, and his advise is worth a small fortune.

Every driver have different goals. Not every driver is a track addict chasing lap times. Not all drivers are in a position to drive on track let alone have a truck, trailer, and extra sets of wheels/tires to swap for track. Many driving enthusiast simply want their cars to feel/handle a certain way to have a satisfying driving experience. Nothing wrong with proudly driving a GT3 and enjoying mods such as a motorsport quality suspension setup.

Yes, still on street tires. No desire to track the car, hence no Hoosiers or DHs. I road raced for five years as a support rider for Yamaha (TZ250), and I got that out of my system. I live in an area with amazing mountain and canyon roads, so I can keep a grin on my face without turning my life upside down obsessing over my lap times.

I had the full Tarrett/ERP catalog thrown at my car with GMG sway bars and dog bones. I installed a EXE-TC type suspension to top it all off.
Car was race car for the street. Loved it.
Car is back to stock now and i have the suspension bits and shocks for sale.

Can you maybe email me with some details of what you have done to make it a good tarmac rally car?
I'd be interested in buying anything you have ( minus dampers ) if its still in good condition
b_auld AT hotmail DOT com
hopefully thats easy enough to work out?
Thanks

Interesting that nobody has done anything to the brakes. After switching from a heavily modded 996RS (which caused me some headaches and would not have passed the 3.5 year mandatory inspection in my country), I switched to a 997.1GT3 and kept that 100% stock bar the front ARB from the .2. The one thing that disappoints when driving this vs a 991RS Is the brake performance/feel. I have always felt this is mostly due to the PASM pushing the nose up under braking, so am now inclined to switching to a DSC. Car has been used little since I got a 996 Cup and 991RS, but keen to start using it again for mountain drives and Ring, so keen to spruce it up a bit. This is a great thread for inspiration!
