I recently bought a set of GT3 wheels refinished in gloss black. Finally had them installed by Right Away Tire, including a new set of black center locks and GT3 dust covers. The black dust covers are 991 GT3 and you will need to shave off a small horizontal plastic nub in order to install them with the 997 locking nuts. They look so much better than the grey wheels that came with the car. BTW, if you live in the Seattle area, I highly recommend Right Away. They come to your home or work and provide excellent service and competitive rates. The convenience is totally worth it and they specialize in higher-end cars. They will treat you right. Also, the grey wheels will be for sale.

Love the wingless look with the black wheels.
PM sent about the grey wheels.
Randy will be fabbing and selling these bumperette delete plates soon. They will be CNC carbon fiber. There also might be a non-CF option, which is what I requested as I am going to paint mine body color. You can see the CF option on his wife's car below. I'll keep you posted when they are available.
New updates. I installed a SPAL 5.2" fan under my decklid. It's smaller than the stock fan in diameter and depth. Needed this in order to fit in the engine bay, specifically the area between the Y-pipe and the left side of the airbox opening. I think it looks pretty good. It's rated at 342 CFM so it should be sufficient for cooling. My friend Randy also fabbed a CF finisher trim piece to block off the opening left over from the smaller fan. Not half bad. Final step is to wire a manual switch to deploy and retract the wing and this project will be done!
Also installed a modified GT3 Tek lip spoiler for added flair. I had the same spoiler on my Carrera S but decided to lop off the extensions. I think it looks better and more subtle.
