I purchased a Rennline fire extinguisher mount a few months back and I finally decided to try to get it mounted up today. Now that I’m looking at it, I’m wondering if it’s going to fit. I spoke to Rennline to confirm fitment before I bought it, but it looks like the slider release handle is going to have clearance issues.

I’m hoping that someone has successfully mounted one of these up and can offer advice if there are any tricks (driver side vs. passenger side?). Thanks in advance!

Passenger side. It fits but clearance is tight when lifting the seat-slider.

Appreciate your response. And to confirm, you mounted it to the manual sport seats, not LWB’s?

Ah... whoops I mis-read your post, mine are LWBs. I would think you are still good though as Rennline would have it noted if it didn't fit.

Attempted to install today, but the mounting holes on the slides don’t match up with the mount sandwiched between the floor and sliders. The mount raises the sliders slightly and changes the angle of the holes. I tried for over an hour to get it lined up - also tried both passenger and driver’s side - to no avail.

If anyone has successfully mounted a Rennline FE mount, can you offer any advice?
