Olaf's navigator is his wife
There's a video if you can find it, a few years ago at the end of the rallye he pulls out a ring and proposes-pretty amazing

I saw that. I did a little research, he was born in ‘64. That means he’s 55 now and was in his 50’s when he was winning those titles. Stud.

I saw another Gavin and Amy video in NZ where the serpentine belt failed and damaged the airbox and I think center muffler-
That was a beautiful landscape with the river running alongside the road

PTSGT3, you were wondering about suspension-I've read that they use EXE-TC suspension. There was some discussion about it on rennlist-

I've watched a lot of these too,... and this time decided to concentrate on the choice between CL's & 5-Lug. Seems to be a complete mixture of teams who decide one verses the other,... and that includes both .1's & .2's. saw quite a few .2's with 5-lug, and .1's with CL.
just interesting is all. Fun to look for (with headphones cranked up)

I have dozens of good 997 GT3 videos to offer. Maybe the Mods could create a video repository (on the 997 GT2/3 sub forum for these?) Between all of the GT car racing categories across the world there is a ton of great video. There are quite a few of us that would/can appreciate what these great cars can do. Just a thought..
