Ok maybe some people have magic sauce but I’ve never ridden in a car with bilstein shocks that felt good to me. This includes my current 71 which I’m sending the shocks off the be digressive valved. Also 964 993 but never a 997... they all felt harsh and over sprung and damped.

my ohlins while stiff are very suppple and controlled.

best to ride in a car that has them

Suspension tuning is a bit of a black art. Work with someone that knows what they are doing and who can tailor a package for each individual application. $10K dampers alone won't get you the desired results alone without addressing the rest of the items critical to making a "complete" package.

no
TTX can be tuned for street
1. you need some one to tune it
2. it is better but $ spend and improvement is not linear relationship
3. ALL suspension at ANY price point are compromises. you just need to decide what YOU want to compromise on

I agree on Bilsteins. Never been impressed. From BMWs to Porsche’s, they’ve never felt right. Usually too harsh for my tastes.

ive always loved KWs and thinking about Clubsport or comps this time around, or maybe some Ohlins, once I find my GT3. What else do you do on these cars suspension wise with coilovers?
