Default 997_2 GT3 engine unknown lines

Hi,

I acquired this semi-complete 997-2 GT3 engine from a salvaged/accident car for a project.
While the parts catalog helped to determine most parts, this particular steel line which attaches to the top of the heads left and right, I can't seem to find.

Q: what is it for? Case venting, oil, water? And even better if somebody could direct me to a part number for what is missing here. Thanks!

The passenger side line is still there (for reference):

Thanks in advance for any help with this!
Walter

Looks like an improvised water line to me, judging from its position and the fact that it's connected to the water pump armature in your first pic.

Cheers! I agree, it should, but...I looked at those pictures and parts a million times, but can't seem to find the pictured lines on there..
If anyone has any pointers to which part numbers are those steel lines, pls let me know!

No, thats misleading: the steel line and the open connection hoovers above the waterlines in that picture. The hole in the head in that first picture is where the other part of the line should go into (like on the other head in the second pic). Its also the part I'am missing..

SAI (Secondary Air Injection) lines. Remove them and plug heads, unless you live in Cali.
Motronic needs retune to remove CELs caused by SAI removal.

Ah! Thanks guys, will indeed plug those since I live in Europe. Since the engine will run on a stand-alone ecu, it will be tuned ground-up anyways ;-)
