Glad you got it lined out! Tom definitely knows his stuff, watched TPC race at Road America (If I remember correctly) not too long ago. If you want to take on aligning your car yourself, give us a shout on here or @ https://csmperformance.com/home/
Thanks!

Based on what you wrote, I would recommend you play with your swaybar setting before you pay monies for alignments.
It's easy and cheap to adjust and makes a big difference. With practice, a 16mm ratcheting wrench and the right torque tool, you can adjust it in the canyons and see what settings you like. Start with the rear set in the middle and play with the fronts.
Toe settings on the 997 platform isn't as sensitive compared to the 996GT3s.

i tend to like 0 toe or a little toe in. Toe out to me makes a car feel darty and not as good in corner.

But there are lots of factors here other than toe

reducing rake can also give the car a bit less rotation feel on corner entry and make it feel understeery
Spyerx, thank you for the info. Took the above info and tried a bit of toe in upfront ( 1/16 + a bit).
The difference between neutral and a bit of toe in is so noticeable.
The front feels more planted at highway speeds, less rotation, more connected, more understeer but you feel when it’s coming, a better experience for my style of driving. Thanks for the advise, really enjoyed driving the car today.

I vote for factory spec to have the nicest driving car.
