With steel rotors I had very good experience with the Pagid RS14 on both axles (it's a higher friction compound and more feelsome vs. say the RS29).

Steel lines really aren't required once I realized the Cups and even the GT3R all run rubber-coated lines (coated over steel braid).

Like Trakcar said, cup rotors are designed to be replaced frequently (we change them every 2-3 race weekends). You find you sweet spot depending on your use and expected brake needs (i.e. tip-top braking performance vs. longevity)...

I have girodisc fronts, and use centric turbo rotors in the rear with DS111. The rears are cheap, less than $120 each and last a long time with the DS111. 997.2RS with a 5 lug conversion...

Is it true that RS29 pads less 50% fall of much more than other pads?

I can't say for sure as I've never used pagid but once you get below 50% any pad will go away quicker.

Try it and see if you like it.

why do you prefer endless fluid?
Others prefer endless over SRF fluid too, better longevity?

When I posted that original comment, I liked endless better because the pedal felt better to me same track and conditions essentially same car (gt3s). Travel is more consistent. Doesn’t change characteristic lap after lap. Now that I’ve done a few track days with endless, I can confidently say it lasts longer than srf. Currently at 4 track days with endless and no signs of needing a bleed. With srf after 4 days I also wouldn’t need to bleed but it would show subtle signs that end of life was coming soon. I feel like I could get 8 to 10 track days on endless without bleeding. That’s ridiculous. We’ll see.

These tend to go bad from the inside out. Cheap insurance. MNSHO: stay away from braided lines - you don't need them, and it can be difficult to see them failing
