Default Need advice on converting from 5lug to centerlocks

I have been looking for a set of clean PCCB rotors for my 997.1 GT2 and came across a brand new set of rotors and calipers except they are for centerlocks. Do you foresee any issues converting to centerlocks on my car that I'm overlooking?? I'd hate to spend the money only to find out it won't work. I can't find any info on someone who has done it but I see centerlocks converting to 5 lug. Suncoast has a kit they put together. Thanks for any advice advice in advance.

Those are 410mm from a 991 GT3/4. You will be venturing into unknown territory if you want to adapt those to 997, need to make sure your 19" wheels will clear as well.

Also if you do not have the rears as well your brake bias will be out. That also brings up stability control, abs and how it will be affected.

Crap I missed the 410mm part you are right!! I would have needed to buy wheels anyway as mine are 5 lug and he has front and rear but yeah I'm not going to get involved in swapping out uprights and such to make all this work.

Yea highly recommend against centerlocks in general... Lot of folks pay big money to go from centerlock to 5-lug.

You could always find used PCCB setup for 5-lug around the forums. I sold mine a year or two back.

Been looking for a couple months. No luck so I saw brand new centerlock brakes for a decent price and jumped the gun forgetting it's 410mm. I'll keep looking. Something should come up eventually. Thanks.
