To my knowledge the GTS option for SPASM comes with LSD and it cannot come any other way. You order SPASM on the car, car also comes with LSD.
If memory serves the GTS 4 SPASM does not come with LSD, however. I think it's only for RWD.

You're thinking of factory LSD in the Getrag trans units. The 997.2 uses an AISIN unit which does not have the issues the Getrag units do.
