Fitting PCM3 to non-PCM 997.2 cars?

Anyone knows if one could just replace the non-PCM (no Nav, BT, etc...) unit in 997.2 with PCM 3.0 plug and play? or it's not possible or needs more components (GPS antenna, etc...).
