Default Help w/997.1 Power Steering Fluid Mounting Bolt

I'm usually pretty good navigating PET but having difficulties finding this one. The mounting bolt connecting the hydraulic fluid reservoir to the passenger's intake manifold is missing on my car. The bolt hole is flat bottomed so no intake leaks, it's just a mounting bolt.

Can someone pull theirs off and measure the thread pitch and bolt length? I'll pick one up at the local hardware store. Thanks!

Good timing as I'm just breaking mine down to fix a leaking seal.

It's a standard M6 1.0 approx 15mm in length with blue thread locker on it.

This is correct....mine went AWOL about 6 months ago. I think the OEM bolt didn't have the locktite on it as there was no residue (of any color) in the corresponding hole.

Sorry, forgot to mention that the factory bolt was not a standard hex but had a flange on it. Nothing a washer couldn't take care of though. My bolt was easily removed but did have blue residue on it. I'm going to clean that off and put a health apply of new on. Bad place for a bolt to come free.

Cheers!
