Cable behind PCM rattle. 997.1

how do u properly mount this cable? looks like something is missing. it's hitting everything nearby .. so annoying!

Pretty sure that is the cable for the center console for the cigarette lighter, airbag light, etc. It has a small plastic piece that fits in a hole underneath it.

Or I could be wrong.

you are correct. what small plastic piece. maybe that's what I am missing. whats the part number?
