Default front brake caliper question

I bought my 09' 4S two months ago. When cleaning it I realized there was some old dried up brake fluid staining on the inside of 3 of the rims. On closer inspection I noticed both front calipers have what appears to be the gaskets squishing thru. The brake fluid is full at max and there is not visable leaking.
Is this something I can remove and replace? I have attached a picture. Any info would be appreciated.

Sure that's not the pad sensors? If your seals were that jacked up you'd have fluid all over the floor.

+3, but whoever replaced the sensors routed the wires in a unique way.

The stains are probably due to whoever bled the brakes not having a proper catch jar, or they are something else.

The fluid resevoir should only be full if the brakes are all brand new.

Sensor wires should look like this for the outward pad. Inner pad goes straight up and is captured by the tether on the bleed nipple cap initially then runs to connector plug.
