If you bought your car CPO'd then the brake fluid just needs to fall within Porsche specs which states two years. Track requirements from PCA are one year change intervals. You should have no issues running OE fluid @ 1:55 laps at Laguna. Also, if your pads are worn they won't dissipate heat as well either. Get a fluid change with higher temp stuff and bleed them after a few events and you'll be all set. I'm running GS610 fluid although the SRF is probably better and PC08 Pads. The problem you run into with track pads is that they can easily send your tires into ABS mode and I like to be just below that point.
