If anyone wants to know about this I have the first hand Porsche tech knowledge as explained to me.

When i read the fix , my blood pressure skyrocketed. As explained i was much more calmed if this event was to ever happen to me. I have done much research on this and feel I have a better understanding of the PDK now.
I am happy to discuss this with anyone who wants.......

And is the repair controversial (apart from the fact that it seems that all PDK repairs require a replacement)?
