I agree with you Vbb
Interesting to note in the video the extra beeps when started after fuel low, I messaged back asking about it - dealer indicated car is at Porsche getting inspected to make sure all is good, they just bought it off auction.

Be sure to get the PCCBs checked on that white one. Replacements are extremely expensive and that's getting up there in miles for carbon discs, depending on how it was driven.
My thoughts regarding the OP are that a C2S and 997TT wouldn't be different enough to justify, when compared to, say, a C2S and an air-cooled or Cayman or 991 etc.

Good thread. I've been thinking about getting a PDK Cayman S/R or some sort of PDK 997 S/GTS paired with my 997.1 turbo manual. The PDK porsche would be more of the fun daily driver.

My 2007 turbo has given me 70k+ trouble free miles on and off track. Has been a blast to own for sure. If i were to keep my car and add a 997 Carrera S, would modify the Carrera, and keep the turbo mostly stock as my GT car or daily driver. I would modify the Carrera with weight reduction (remove rear seats), coilover suspension, straight pipe exhaust. I am a fan of those Singer designed 964 builds. There is so much aftermarket available for the 997, am owner can do the same thing, and with more modern platform. Would be more raw driving experience than your GT350, especially at 700lb less.

UPDATE 997 TURBO VIN WP0AD29907S785740
I was considering the car still and spoke with the dealer today over email - I asked how the inspection went and about the warning lights in the video - response:
"Bad to be honest. We had to take it back to the auction because of the issues it had. The owner that had it before put an aftermarket suspension and did a really bad job. Didn't put any of the wiring back correctly and looks like the front differential is bad. We can't sell a car like that here. You will be the first to know when we get another turbo."
Good dealer and honest.
Stay away from that car gents! The Devil!
