Not sure I completely follow but will re-read. Made me think to measure fender to runway with the car lifted just to see if there’s anything off there without the suspension engages assuming the bridge jack engages perfectly.

If your having the car aligned yes you should have it measure from the point of the suspension under the car, but if you setting up the ride height to get a base line from the fender to the ground works fine. It’ll probably get readjusted again by the alignment guy … or gal

Turned out the rears were off by 3/16" on the coilover itself, so adjusted that. Tweaked the front by 1/8" also and now everything is within 1/16th according to the fenders and spot on from those measurement points.
Will schedule alignment in a few weeks. Thanks for the help.
