Default Pricing my 997.2 C4S MT

We are going travelling for at least a year in the fall. Thinking of selling my 2009 C4S MT. Not a crazy spec, msrp 115k, but its Atlas Grey, which I loved and has a bunch of carbon fiber/alcantara interior. Mileage ~18-19K, Texas and Florida car for the most part. Its had most of the major service and gear oil change. I have been changing the oil every 3k miles. Car is in Miami. VIN: WP0AB29969S722733

I did install the FF tranny mounts and replace engine mounts.

The bad: the rear bumper got hit in a minor collision (i was still and a toyota crept into the parking space I was in), but when they removed the bumper found no other damage and even the heat shield was undisturbed. They even repaired the bumper, the damage was so minor. I always thought of buying a new bumper but never got around to it. Also, the slave cylinder is starting to squeak a bit when letting clutch, but the clutch is solid.

I have owned 2 porsches a 997.1 TT and this 4S and really do baby them.

What should I price this at? Will post pictures in the for sale ad.

I would post it for $30,000 and sell it to me immediately...

Just kidding.

I've been doing some 997.2 window shopping, not ready to pull the trigger anytime soon but have been perusing the classifieds and that car sounds like it could command $60,000+. Seeing lots of 997.2's in the mid to high-40's now so that does set somewhat of a ceiling but those have higher mileage. FWIW there is a 2009 C4S for sale right around the corner from me for $36k.... but it has over 100k miles.

Atlas is a great (rare) color and given the low miles and the fact you have some other nice bits and baubles that might help convince someone (or their wife) that this really is a "special car", you could push for mid-high 60's and see if anyone bites.

Only 997.2's still in the 70's tend to be the GTS's.

Closest I could find is a 2010 with 16,000 miles PDK selling for $67,000. Like Miami, its for sale in another major city, so there is your barometer.

I would say list the car at $60k but take $55k. I'm interested in your car but once I factor in shipping, you're best off selling it locally.
