Perhaps get 15mm for one axle to start. Try them both in front and in the rear for fitment. Hopefully they are perfect for one of the two axles. Then go longer or shorter for the second set.

And if for some reason the 15mm does not work for you, you can easily resell them in the marketplace.

Rears - 11.5 x 19 ET 67 - 305/30/19 Michelin Pilot Sport

I'll try measuring to see what I can make work. With the negative camber I can probably fit at least 10mm.

Depending on what thickness of spacer you end up with, if you want to complete the look of your new wheels, I have a set of the longer versions of the World Motorsports Ti lug bolts for sale. Had to go to a conical seat for my aftermarket Cayenne wheels which freed these up. They're the proper fitment for the 997 (ball seat, sliding collar, etc) and for 10-14mm spacers.

Here's the link to the ad - https://rennlist.com/forums/parts-ma...-like-new.html

Let me know if you're interested.

In case anyone was curious I went with 15mm back and 7mm front. No rubbing and the look is definetly improved. I was scared when I installed the rears. I thought it would rub although it didn't. Even in hard cornering. We'll see what happens on the track although it should be really fine.

Thanks,
Mark

you have the sport wheels, 8.5 and 11.5 in the back, get 7mm front and 10mm for the back - thats the furthest pretty much you can go via oem camber settings imo.

ppl are forgetting that the 7/15mm setups are for those that have the standard narrow body wheel sizes and offsets.

Thanks for the reply although I ended up doing 7/15mm as I mentionned on my previous post and worked out well. It needs to be considered that I am also on BILSTEIN PASM coilovers and they are as low as they go in front.

Thanks,
Mark

do you know what the rear camber settings are? 7mm in the front would work for sure, i am impressed re the 15mm rears considering they wheels are already 1/2" wider then the standard oem wheels so i am guessing the rear camber is dailed in a little.

Need width and offsets to compare apples to apples. Hypothetically 8" wide wheels can be made that fit flush in the rear without spacers - because the offset would be different.

huh? i had already factored everything as my friend has the sport wheels, 11x19+67 vs 11.5x+67 , its a 6mm more poke then a standard 11 inch wheel. hence if i run a wide body 11 inch rear wheel (or a 16mm spacer) giving me 11x19+51, then the wider 11.5+67 wheel only really has another 10mm (MAX 11mm, as its already 6mm closer to the rear fender) to go before it goes right flush against the fender, assuming oem camber.

i used the similar calculations for his front wheels as his fronts are 19x8.5+55, but again after the calculations its only 7mm of room in the front.

without even the calculations, at 1/2 inch wider, or 12mm, then your looking at an extra 12mm/2 == 6mm more poke outward and inwards as the offsets are rarely off by more then 2mm between diff style wheels for the same body width for the entire 997 generation.

Yup, you are correct.

Just checked 997.1 NB 19" OEM stock wheel specs:
Fronts have two flavors: 8x19 ET57 vs 8.5x19 ET55 (1mm each side, close enough)
Rears have two flavors too: 11x19 ET67 vs 11.5x19 ET67 (same offsets)

So in this case the rear offsets are the same. Apples to apples were compared

One more OEM NB pairing combo to list if anyone references this thread in the future and that's the GT3 wheels F 8.5x19 et53 and R 12x19 et68

Considering how low I went the camber was adjusted as close to factory as possible although it is sligthly more negative. I have the settings sheet from when I had it alligned/ corner balanced. I'll pull it out and post up the specs.

Thanks,
Mark
