What The .... ?!??
So I'm in the market for a 997.2 C2S Cab and came across this beauty on Autotrader at a dealer not far from me. I'm afraid there's just one small problem....

Idiot at DMV reported the car as black instead of white back in 2011. If you look at the door jams, the original VIN stickers are there and not painted around. A simple 2 minute inspection or VIN check will tell you the car was born white.

Confirmed, DMV mess up. Here is the build sheet that says its Carrera white. Sorry for the 'print' pop up...just slide it out of the way.

Dysturbd? Do you know something Porsche isnt telling us? If so please share because the car was born Carrera White according to Porsche. Or am I missing something and focused on the Carfax paint snafu? Dead hooker in the frunk?
