Where is a good place to bed in new pads around Los Angeles

Nighttime driving, or weekends I can do this, so I imagine it'll be a remote area.

Where have you guys bedded in your new pads?

I'll need repeated 80->5 MPH runs

If you are bedding for track use you kinda need to do it close in time to the event. Otherwise normal street driving will kill the transfer layer.
