Promising to hear and glad its worked for you I'll be putting it on my car in the next couple of weeks. I went for a hard drive today and would be great if the lean, pitch and dive is reduced in hard cornering is reduced. Will let you know how it goes.

1) I know that this is a stupid question, but what is the difference between PASM & SPASM?

2) and how can I tell which one I have on my '06 C4?

3) Will wheel spacers (7mm front and 15mm rear) have any affect (either positive or negative) with the DSC module and Accelerometer?

Porsche Active Suspension Management and Sport PASM, sport lowers the chassis another 20mm over stock and 10mm over S (I believe that is true, please correct my numbers if they are off).

2) and how can I tell which one I have on my '06 C4?

If it is a C4 and it has the PASM option, you will have a button with a shock picture on it and you will be able to change your suspension setting to stiffer. SPASM, you will have the same electronics, but your chassis will be lower.

No.
See above in the quote.

So managed to finally install mine on my 997.1 Turbo with techart springs. I have done 200 hard miles and would say it improves the compliance of the existing set up rather than a significant difference. Will see how it goes over the next few weeks.

Also now when I press sport it doesn't automatically engage hard mode for the suspension.

I really like how the DSC module decouples SPORT mode and the PASM sport mode so you can toggle separately. Did my first road trip today since installing. Love the improvement in highway ride! Nice to be able to have sport mode steering and throttle but keep PASM in COMFORT with one button push...

Default DSC module

Bringing this thread to the top. Any long term experience with DSC module with .1TT without mods. Noob here, but if one is not racing or track driving, is the DSC necessary or worthwile upgrade?

Thanks

Even without any tracking, I still think this is a fantastic upgrade. It just makes the suspension better. All around. Well worth the money.

Plus you can customize it if you don't care for a particular setting.

I also agree with cwheeler, a great mod, especially for the .1 cars. It completely transforms a .1 car into what it should be. The .1 cars bang around when in sport mode. The DSC smooths it out and makes it feel more composed, sporty, more like the 981/991 cars. A great mod, probably one of the best bangs for the buck!
