Thanks, this was a nice read. I love the GTS looks and performance, but I don't find my .2 S that far behind. Articles like these make me appreciate the car more and more, and also make me wish that it was Spring already.

I let my excellence subscription lapse a few years ago. I found it to be too enthusiastic about the new mass produced/disposable cars and not critical enough of the path Porsche has taken in the last year.

000 is very pretty but a bit too detailed for my interest.

Panorama is certainly biased too. In the last four issues they've extolled the increase in total Porsche sales YTD but completely skirt the fact that Porsche sports car sales are down 10% this year and the positive lift is completely due to the Macan. A new model, the 991.2, is tanking and we aren't hearing a peep about it or why. That upsets me more than I think it should.

Feels like you can get "most" of the content from these pubs online now without having to pay...and I'm not seeing much that's really interesting.

I just subscribed to 000. It's a quarterly, but it may as well be a coffee table book. Very interesting articles, great photography, and excellent form factor. Not cheap, but no ads...still worth a look: https://www.000magazine.com

I had Total 911 and it is, well, strictly 911s. 911 & Porsche World has a lot of good stuff in it.

Crazy those two cars were the same price at the time. Today one (GTS) is about $70K and the other (993TT) is about $200K....
