WTB: 997.2 C4S Coupe / Manual / Colored
Hi all,
As the title states, I'm in the market for a 997.2 C4S or Targa 4S coupe with a manual and color / any color (no grey, black, white, silver). I don't care about mileage as long as its been well maintained. Preferably one or two enthusiast owners.
Anyway, I've put my feelers out, have craigslist alerts, with autotrader, and cars.com searches on heavy rotation. I've also added details into the searchagent on the Porsche pre-owned locator service.
Does anyone know how searchagent works? Is this an computer program that will send me an email once a car matching my criteria pops up? Or is this a manual thing sent to dealerships and a person reviews inventory as it comes in? I'm wondering if I need to revisit the locator service or if it's more a set it and forget it thing.
Also, any other bases I haven't covered that anyone can suggest would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Todd

Shoot, I should have read the "read BEFORE post" thread first. Mods, if this is a no no, please delete. I'm more just looking to know how searchagent works.

Cargurus is another good one. I believe you need to be a subscriber to post in the marketplace here. Porsche also has a decent nation wide search engine.
