Wheel Offset Narrow Body C2 997.2
#19
Kellen mentioned increased road debris kick-up, and he's correct. I put 15mm spacers on my NB wheels and went to a 305 width rear tire. I have almost the same reveal as your car at the rear now.
I have noticed much more junk on the rear of the wheel opening after going to the wider tire and spacer, as well as ALOT more water and mud splash around the entire perimeter of the wheel opening.
I found it a small price to pay for a much better look.

I just installed the following wheels on my 2012 997.2 Carrera S:
Fronts: 8.5 x 19, 56mm offset, 997.362.156.05
Rears: 11 x 19, 51mm offset, 997.362.162.02
The tires are Michelins 235 35 19 and 305 30 19. They fit perfectly and greatly improved the appearance.

I ordered 10mm for front and 15mm for rear from ECS. Very pleased with the more aggressive look! I have the ECS spacers also on my rs4 and cayenne. I find myself looking at so many cars on the road thinking "man, that car needs spacers!!!" Think ANY Toyota Camry!!!

I run BBS wheels in the turbo offsets on my narrow body C2S. I only have slight rubbing on the right rear on large bumps, but I am pretty low. I'm running just over 2 degrees of negative camber in the rear and a 7mm spacer up front (not sure on the camber in the front).
This is the way to go in my opinion as the narrow body offsets are pretty weak and don't look right. Just my $0.02.

how did it go with the other rear wide body offset wheel?
amazing stance. personally, if i ever lowered my car, i would likely go back to 295s to minimize the chance of rubbing.

Want them sitting flush to fenders but not poking out. Would rather they sit a couple mm inside than poke out. Also not sure if I should go to a wider rear…seems like a lot of people move to a 12 inch rear.
