Sitting here this snowy morning in Connecticut has me thinking about projects for the winter. One thing I have been considering is adding a stripe to my car most specifically a 911R type stripe.

Would love to see some 997 with 991R stripes (and any stripes that might get me thinking!)

Why not post some pictures of your car, and see if anyone can throw some stripes on for you. Assuming you've already exhausted the basics in your research?

Dont think stripes look good on a 997 without aerokit.

 

Just buy some cheap vinyl tape and try it out.
Personally I think it will be dissapointing as the 991 is a much bigger car than the 997 which change the effect.
I would not transfer the 997 in a fake poser car, but we still life in a free world, up to you.

 

I think this is very tasteful. And, it's different enough from the R to not be a poser?

I think the 997 can pull off the R stripe look very nicely.
