Is there any published data that can determine how many of a certain pcar is out there? For example, in my case, 2008 C2S Cabrio, Meteor Grey Metallic, Tiptronic, full leather, Chrono Sport Plus...etc. Maybe filtered down to interior colors, options as well?

Nope.

You can see how many were sold by coupe vs. cabriolet, and how many were sold by automatic transmission vs. manual transmission. You can also find them broken down by model. I think that's about all that's out there. Porsche doesn't publish manufacturing data by color, and certainly not by optional equipment.

Unfortunately there's not a definitive source. Sometimes Porsche publishes numbers in their annual reports.

There is a member here named Flachbau who has made some posts with production information. Here's an example for the 997 turbo:

You can glean sales data from press releases found here, however as was mentioned, the data will only be very high-level and not granular as you desire.

Panorama and Excellence have also published sales data but once again, it is not what you are looking for...
