Yes we'll have 11 cars at SEMA this year.

Hey guys, Jay from the 997 turbo forum here. Before you look any further at this company please take a look at my thread detailing how they screwed me out of 5k.

^^^ Read that entire thread this AM.

I'm good at seeing both POVs in these situations but here's where the red flag goes up with RTF/RTM.

Raz posted this 'refund proof' that does really look like it was mocked in Word. It also has no reference number that VISA would have provided when running the batch and does not show the printed ticket a CC POS would have provided.

Even assuming the refund was legit, Raz pivoted to discredit the use of the wheels in his second rebuttal instead of sticking by the credit. He went on the attack instead of defending his initial position.

That flip flop in strategy is either a three alarm liar fire or someone who has no business running a business. This guy is a scumbag. Let him burn.

The receipt was generated from the merchant service provider a copy was also emailed to the member once it was processed.

Our accounting department is looking into this matter if in fact the credit wasn't issued or applied we will issue the invoice amount back to the client.

As far as the issue with the wheel failure we offered 4 brand new wheels to the member at no cost.

You're comparing the responses to two different questions the first response was to the OP the 2nd response was the the poster regarding different matter.

Stop it with the lame excuses and refund the money already. It should take 2 seconds to do it.

What you are doing is theft. Period.

You NEED to be proactive, NOT reactive, do the right thing (at any cost) and make sure he gets his credit. Pronto. No excuses. Do the right thing...
