Default PDK failure

Follow up on my PDK failure, 2009 997.2 C2 last week. Just got my car back from Walter's, it's perfect! Shift action feels exactly the same as before in any mode, no softening that I can discern. As good a wash job as I would do by hand. The service level that I experienced there was absolutely the best. The service advisor, Domenic Macchia, was outstanding in every way, especially the fact that he kept me updated by phone every step of the way. I felt treated as if I was family there, which I guess we kind of are.

If you live in Southern California, I couldn't think of a better place than Walter's to take your pride and joy to for service of any kind. And don't forget, ask for Domenic.

That's where I take mine. Domenic is also my service adviser.

What was wrong with your PDK? How did it fail?

Here's the original thread. Basically, oil leaked, PDK was replaced under CPO.
