Default back in the game with a 997.2S

New member. Had to share my elation with my recently acquired 2010 C2S. This is my third 911 but I have been without for a while so the thrill is not gone. Love these things. Are there other people on this forum from Austin? I would like to meet up. Thanks, John

Yep pics. Check your local PCA club for like minded Porsche-philes. Congrats from a fellow 997.2S owner...T

I was also looking at that car. Glad to see it went to an RL'er. Great color combo, congrats.

Congrats
Definitely a few Austinites on here -- I am one but no longer live there sadly (lived in Austin from '86 to '98 and usually went back a couple times a year since, so still near and dear to me...)

Hopefully the locals will find this post -- you may want to put "Austin" in your post title.

Cheers,
J.

thanks. J, you have had an impressive stable of vehicles most of which seem better suited to Austin's climate. Come on back!

Ha... You have a point there. I hope one day will find us back in Austin. My wife (who is German) likes it too. It's definitely changing though...

Really beautiful C2S there. Enjoy.
Take a drive up toward the Oasis for me. I forget is it 2222 or 360 that has miles and miles of hill country S curves.... *Perfect* for Porsche.
