Let us know if you think there is any change in sound or throttle response. Don't forget the plug for the airbox.

I installed mine today.....can't really tell any difference over the sound of the fisters. It does seem the trademark Porsche howl comes to life sooner than it used to.

If nothing else, it looks cleaner in the engine bay than the stock hose. I need to put something over the plug just to add that finishing touch.

Killed most of the burble on my Fisters. I'll keep it a while longer to give it a chance but I'm not feeling/hearing it.

I have similar gundo hack and I still have the burble at startup and light throttle. Under light to moderate throttle I feel like there is a little more sound as it moves through the mid-range. Under full throttle I don't notice a difference, not paying that much attention.

If you took the time to replace it hope you're not disappointed. You spent more time with the car and didn't spend much $$

No worries. It's little money and time to undo it. I've left it on for now. There is still some burble but it's definitely subdued over the stock setup.

But I should point out I'm still using a stock air filter.

Superb find, I, like many others on here, was wondering how a small piece of silicone hosing could cost that much! Anyway thanks it's on the list!
