Requires caliper spacers, and you lose the rotor set screws. I wanted blanks as they are less prone to cracking.

The upside is that the rotors are easy to find, and stupid cheap

Where did you get the caliper spacers from and why do you lose the set screws? Where did you get the rotors from too? I want to do this project but fit slotted rotors instead.

Cheapest spacers are from girodisc
Agency power makes some nicer, but expensive ones
The cayenne rotors don't have the hole for the set screw, I got them from pelican parts. You could get 997 turbo rotors.

Do you have the part numbers? Did you have to get longer mounting bolts?

The non s bolts area longer than the s bolts, so they can be reused

That didn't sound right so off to the PET diagrams to verify the front caliper bolt lengths. For reference the Turbo calipers need 85mm bolts:

997.1 C2/C4/Targa - 72mm
997.2 C2/C4/Targa - 85mm

997.1 C2S/C4S/Targa S - 77mm
997.2 C2S/C4S/Targa S - 77mm

997.1 with ceramic brakes - 85mm
997.2 with ceramic brakes - 85mm

So Dan is correct for the 997.2 base models only, the bolts already are 85mm. But for the 997.1 base models longer bolts are needed. Same thing for the S models.

Good question, more weirdness and more digging. Turbo rears are 95 mm (999.067.040.01 M12x1.5 95mm)

997.1 C2/C4/Targa - 72mm
997.2 C2 - 85mm
997.2 C4/Targa - 77mm

997.1 C2S/C4S/Targa S - 77mm
997.2 C2S/C4S/Targa S - 77mm

997.1 with ceramic brakes - 85mm
997.2 with ceramic brakes - 85mm

So every version of the NA 997 needs the longer 95mm bolts. Now I'm confused too and will need to pull a bolt off my rear caliper and measure it. I thought the bolts were reusable and the correctly length in the rear. I'm pretty sure I bought new bolts anyway during the install just to be safe. But I also thought I bought C2S lengths not turbo lengths. Now I don't know what I did in the rear. Looks like I'm pulling a wheel off tomorrow

Finally was able to remove a caliper bolt while I was in there for another project. My front measures 85mm, the rear 95mm. This is for a 997.1 C2S with the upgraded turbo calipers & rotors. So yes I did get longer bolts installed in both the front and back when I did the upgrade.
