I'm not a fan of those center tailpipes. I think they would look more balanced spaced out like on lots of previous models.

This mule uses the 'old' 991.1 decklid with horizontal slats. I understand older styling could continue through the intro of new model or trim level introductions like with the Turbos for example, but it would be odd to release a new trim level during the 991.2 era with older styling. I'm taking a guess there will be some body panel changes from this mule evidenced also by the unfinished look of the diffuser and the fact that it seems to be crafted of metal given the reflections in the image. I would gather it would be made of plastic if implemented. And I say this hoping changes will happen because otherwise all this car is on the outside is a GT3 without the wing.

you need not lose sleep over the 911R. They are all spoken for.

Sadly, many folks out there who are big time spenders with Porsche learn of their special editions long before the masses and by the time the information on one of these leaks out they are long gone!

My plan..probably just drive my 997 GTS for a 100k miles, by that time the "R" 'll be attainable say in 5-6 years. What I'm afraid of is, by that time they'll have outlawed gas powered cars that don't drive themselves.
