Try removing relevant fuse for PCM with ignition off, wait a minute then replace and try again ???
There may be a fuse behind the module only accessed by removing it unf.
My Range Rover (MOST system) does this once a year. I remove all fuses even remotely associated with the radio or nav. Replace and it works. IIRC there are 4 fuses total.
