Just wanted to introduce myself to fellow 997 owners. Ive got a 997.2 black edition and will be doing a few modifications in the coming months so why not say hi here. Ive owned my pcar for exactly a year and did my first DE yesterday. I'm hooked!

 

The kid is thinking "I can't wait to be driving my hand-me-down Porsche!"

It's great that you are including your son. My 17 year old is one of the few kids I know anymore that can do serious work on cars and loves to drive. It all started with things like you are doing... be sure to keep him involved and doing what he safely can to help from a young age.

I agree, Great Pic of both car and son. I posted this as one of my first on here...my son getting his first taste of the 911. He takes a picture of it everytime I come in the driveway if he is out there. I made a comment recently about it being his one day if he works hard...and he lit up!

As quickly as these kids grow up I can nearly see my son taking the wheel of a 911 for the first time in your picture.

We are officially a Porsche family, barring the unforeseen I plan on keeping at least 1 Porsche in the stable at all times.
